I consistently use Armstrong Plumbing because of their outstanding customer service and technical expertise of their technicians. This most recent call I had Brittany help set me up an appointment to have my sump pump looked at. She was immediately able to make an appointment for me that fit my schedule. Gabe called while en-route and arrived well within the window Marie had set up. He looked over my entire sump pump system and ensured I understood how it was operating, his assessment of the system, and even tested it and the backup. He took the time to ensure I was comfortable and was absolutely professional in his knowledge -- as well as his care for my property. Great job!!!

Emily, my initial point of contact, via the phone was professional, kind, courteous, and sympathetic. She had the patience to let me complain about my plumbing problems and scheduled an appointment. Both gentlemen, Bruce and Cameron, arrived, looked at my problems, and repaired them in a professional manner. They answered my questions, provided recommendations, and told me pricing before starting the work. They were both courteous, polite, and upbeat during the whole appointment.
